Пломбування штучної екстраплевральної порожнини, морфологічні і рентгенологічні аспекти

The results of experimental and clinical research of collagen plombage of extrapleural cavity, created for correction of pleura cavity volume after resection of the lung are presented in the article. Experimental part was conducted on white rats. During the experiment the terms of resolving of exogenous collagen and formation of connective tissue were determined. Based on the investigation of 53 patients, which underwent resection of the lung with pleuroplastic and the roentgenologic aspects of forming of the extrapleural plombage were retraced. During 2-year supervision the volume of stopping reduces by 2 times, preserving sufficient efficiency in the correction of pleural caviy volume.
