“Problematiche Medico legali degli esami tossicologici in relazione agli incidenti stradali: il referto tossicologico”

The conference would like to make a point on the changes made since the introduction of the law on road crime and the crime of personal road injuries (Law 41 of 23 March 2016) on forensic toxicology diagnostics. What has changed in a year for the Forensic Toxicology Laboratory? What are the practical difficulties encountered in applying the law in terms of taking the biological sample and proper application of the chain of custody? What are the analytical problems for different biological matrices? Is there already an efficient and organized Workshop Network? We are probably at the beginning of a new phase in toxicological diagnosis both from the technical-methodological and the organizational point of view. It urgently requires an economic and educational investment.
