A process for preparing a fertilizer containing microorganism potassium comprises the steps as follows: a), according to weight percentage, 35-55% of sylvite powder, 10-15% of peat powder, 15-25% of bean pulp powder and 15-30% of water are mixed, so that a fermentation raw material is obtained; and b), according to weight percentage, 85-95% of the fermentation raw material and 5-15% of a potassium bacteria liquid are uniformly mixed, the pH value is adjusted to be 7.0-8.6, a fermentation liquid is prepared, the fermentation liquid is placed into a fermentation tank, the raw material is turned every 2.5-5.5 hours, the temperature is 20-75 DEG C, primary fermentation is performed for 4-6 days, and secondary fermentation is performed for 5-7 days, so that the fertilizer containing the microorganism potassium is obtained. According to the process, by means of a biotransformation method, the utilization rate of the potassium fertilizer is improved, and the fertilizer efficiency is equivalent to 4 times of that of potassium sulphate; the water solubility can reach more than 95%, the fertilizer can be used for trickle irrigation, liquid sprinkling, flushing application, basal application and the like, the usage amount is small, the effect is good, and pollution of residual substances of chemical potassium to soil and fruits is reduced.
