The invention provides a high-speed high-temperature hydraulic load-adjustable knife-chip friction device and a friction measuring method and belongs to the technical field of high-speed cutting. The friction device comprises a friction execution component and a hydraulic component, wherein the friction execution component comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a grinding wheel, a disc type friction piece and a dynamometer, the grinding wheel is arranged on the end surface of the disc type friction piece; the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the dynamometer; one end of a knife material rod is arranged on a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, and a preset distance is reserved between the other end of the tool material rod and the disc type friction piece; the hydraulic component is used for providing driving pressure of 0-10 MPa for the hydraulic cylinder; friction factors between the tool material rod and the disc type friction piece are measured by the dynamometer; the local point temperature is measured by a thermoelectric couple, and a relation between measuring point temperature and friction end surface temperature is established through a heat conduction finite element calculation model, so that the friction end surface temperature is obtained by calculation. The high-speed high-temperature hydraulic load-adjustable knife-chip friction device can realize the simulation and the test of high-speed cutting knife-chip friction under the high speed, high temperature and variable load conditions and has the characteristics of high efficiency and low vibration.
