Gray prediction had a less effective on the strong volatility sequence,but giving the trend of the development.In order to convenient the scientific and technological workers who were studying on the application of gray system.This article developed a level of thinking which worked out a gray system toolbox wll based on Matlab,including the subset operator,matrix analysis,cluster analysis,differential equations gray,gray prediction model,etc.The actual use was very convenient.
