Display panner and display apparatus having the same

The present invention provides a display panel having improved color reproduction capability for outputting a screen with an appropriate color and a display apparatus including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the display panel comprises: a light transmissive portion disposed on the front surface of a first pixel electrode; and an optical transducer disposed on the front surface of a second pixel electrode. The optical transducer is disposed in parallel with the light transmissive portion. The optical transducer extends toward the light transmissive portion to cover a part of the first pixel electrode.
