Study of Nursing Human Resource Management Based on Workload

Objective To explore a new method of allocating nursing human resource.Methods The authors introduced the concept of odds by using hospital information network system and quantized nursing workload by Delphi method.Under the situation of unchanged nursing staffs,the allocated nurses of each unit were calculated by counting the ratio of nursing workload of each unit.Results The nursing human resource allocation was fair and reasonable by calculating the numbers using that method.Conclusion This method is easy and convenient,and can be adopted by nursing administrative staffs.
