The present invention provides a cogeneration system comprising a heat spreader and a heat sink, the heat sink includes a base pipe and an outer fin, the outer fins are closed external fins, the closed outer fin comprising a fin and a closure plate closing fins, the lower portion of the base pipe to the upper portion of the base pipe, the fin is closed parabolic shape. The heat sink structure of the present invention is optimized to maximize heat transfer efficiency, to save energy, achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.
