The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a New and Renewable Energy learning program applying STEAM education to environmental literacy and science-related attitudes of sixth grade students at an elementary school. The results of this study were as follows. First, the New and Renewable Energy learning program applying STEAM education had a positive effect on elementary school students’ environmental literacy. Second, this program proved to be an effective tool for improving their attitudes toward science. Third, the program induced a positive change in their attitudes toward science. The results indicated that the program had overall positive effects on the environmental literacy and science-related attitudes of the students.
