Proposing a New Architecture for Adaptive Active Network Control and Management System

In this paper, the general architecture of adaptive control and management in active networks is presented. The proposed Adaptive Active Network Control and Management System (AANCMS) merges technology from network management and distributed simulation to provide a unified paradigm for assessing, controlling and designing active networks.
