Method for pasting abrasion-resistant layer on surface of meltable non-metallic material and product treated through method

2016
The invention relates to a method for pasting an abrasion-resistant layer on the surface of a meltable non-metallic material. The method is characterized by including the following steps that 1, a coated part made of the meltable non-metallic material is subjected to rapid surface layer warming melting; 2, when the surface 2mm position of the coated part in the step 1 is in a melted state, a prepared adhesive abrasion-resistant material is evenly pressed on the surface melted layer of the coated part; 3, cooling is conducted, the adhesive abrasion-resistant material and the melted layer of the coated part are fully fused to achieve the permanent adhering purpose. The method has the advantages that the meltable non-metallic material can be repaired and used in a severely-abraded environment, replacement cost is reduced, and meanwhile the novel material can be conveniently applied and popularized; through the method that the abrasion-resistant material is fused and smeared, the surface layer of the coated part and the granular abrasion-resistant material are fully fused together, impact-resistant capacity is improved while the abrasion-resistant performance of the whole coated part is improved, and all performance indexes of the coated part are superior to those of widely-applied whole silicon carbide tubes and steel tubes.
