Compact permanent magnet brushless motor with equal-resistance duplex-winding structure

2013
The invention discloses a compact permanent magnet brushless motor with an equal-resistance duplex-winding structure, which relates to the technical field of permanent magnet brushless motors with redundant structures and high power density, and avoids system faults, caused by circuit control failure and the like, of an existing space manipulator motor system. The motor is characterized in that each stator core is provided with a stator tooth, and a plurality of stator cores are connected in an end-to-end manner to form stator teeth and stator slots at intervals; three-phase symmetrical double-layer windings wind all the stator teeth in a fractional-slot manner; same-phase windings of the first layer windings on the stator teeth are connected with one other in series; a clearance is formed between the surface of an inner circle constituted by the plurality of stator cores and the surface of an outer circle of a hollow disc-type permanent magnet rotor; and through adjusting the wire diameter of the first layer windings and the wire diameter of the second layer windings, the direct-current resistance value of the first layer winding can be equal to that of the second layer winding. The motor is a low-speed low-power permanent magnet brushless moment motor with a duplex-winding redundant structure.
