PSYCHOLOGICAL STRESS OF STUDENTS AFTER H1N1 INFLUENZA OUTBREAK IN A SCHOOL

[Objective] To explore the reaction characteristics of the cognition,behavior and emotion of the students after H1N1 influenza outbreak in the school,and to provide evidence for psychological intervention after school public health events outbreak.[Methods] A selfdesigned questionnaire was applied among 360 students after a public health affaire outbreak,including 53 patients,190 isolated students and not isolated 117 students.[Results] The positive rates psychosomatic symptoms range from 0 to 11.32% and the anxiety of patients was the most serious.The scores of overcome difficulties,opti-mistic and fighting behavior factors were 2,indicating moderate intensity,in which case of dread and fighting behavior of the patients were higher than the other two classes students and the scores of patients was highest.There are still some differences in the cognitive behavioral and psychological factors of the different grades,different gender,and different ethnic groups’ patients.[Conclusion] There were some differences in cognitive,emotional,behavioral,and physical and mental health in different students after emergent events of public health in schoo1.It was necessary that different psychological intervention should be applied in different students.
