Self-hardening fine-grained concrete mixture

2015
FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fine self-sealing concrete mixture and can be used for repair works and for embedment of joints of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures, including prestressed: beams, supports, bridge plates, densely reinforced surfaces and, in particular, for remote areas of structures, where technology requires increased fluidity at stage of application and high early strength. Fine-grained self-hardening concrete mixture is prepared by mixing water with Portland cement with specific surface area of 360 m 2 /kg, quartz sand with fineness modulus M CD = 1.9 and quartz filler with specific surface area of 100 m 2 /kg at solid-water ratio of 0.112-0.128 and stirring till achieving homogeneity with subsequent addition of superplasticizer into produced mixture, which is based on polycarboxylate ether Glenium ® ACE 430 and hardening Accelerator X-SEED 100 ® based on calcium hydrosilicate suspension and stirred till its consistency is monolithic with following ratio of said components in wt%: said Portland cement 44.2-44.7, said quartz sand 33.1-39.1, said quartz filler 5.6-11.1, said superplasticiser 0.3-0.4, said hardening accelerator 0.2, water 10-11.1. EFFECT: production of self-hardening fine-grained concrete mix providing concrete strength class at compression of no less than B 35 on third day of hardening, which can be used for accelerated construction of concrete structures and emergency repair of hard-to-reach areas of structures. 1 cl, 1 tbl
