OCT Elastography Technique for Micro-Scale Measurements of Elastic Modulus of Atherosclerotic Tissue

In this paper we evaluate OCT elastography as a method for assessing Young's modulus of vascular tissue. The system was calibrated with tissue-mimicking phantoms and the elastic modulus of the atherosclerotic arterial samples was estimated.
