Intelligent Base Electricity Consumption Calculation for the Resumption of Work

A trivial way to analyze the work and production resumption situation is based on a fixed-base electricity consumption calculation. To provide more reasonable results, we propose a novel analysis method, which is based on the dynamic-base calculation. It mainly focuses on electricity consumption on a similar date and the upper quartile of the average monthly consumption from the previous year. In this method, we also introduce a matching algorithm of similar dates and a distance function over dates to find the date in the same periods. The results show that the work and production resumption rate calculated by our method is more reasonable than others.
