Vibrating screen sand-planting machine

The invention relates to a vibrating screen sand-planting machine. The machine comprises a support frame, a hopper bracket and a feed system for feeding sand into an elevated sand tank, wherein a long fixing plate and a short fixing plate which correspond to each other are arranged below the elevated sand tank; the lower end of the short fixing plate is hinged with a rotating plate; a sand discharge port is formed by the rotating plate and the long fixing plate; the lower part of the short fixing plate is connected with an adjusting jackscrew mechanism; an adjusting mechanism capable of adjusting the position of the sand discharge port is arranged on the support frame; a sand discharge roller is arranged in the sand discharge port; a screen is arranged on the support frame; a vibrating mechanism capable of vibrating the screen is arranged on the screen; and left and right pull rollers for pulling a base material are arranged below the screen. The invention aims to overcome the defect of the prior art, and provides the vibrating screen sand-planting machine which controllably and uniformly discharges the sand, is wide in application range, conveniently feeds the sand and is applied to a high-precision coater.
