Hubungan Usia dan Paritas Dengan Gambaran Histopatologi Karsinoma pada Penderita Tumor Ganas Payudara

Abstract. Breast cancer is a disease where the cells in the breast grow out of control. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, more than 1.5 million women get breast cancer each year, and cause the highest number of death because of cancer in women. Pathology anatomy examination is the gold standard for diagnosing cancer including knowing etiology to prognosis. This study aims to see the relationship between age and parity with histopathological features of breast tumors in Al-Ihsan Hospital. This study uses observational analytic methods. This study was obtained from secondary data in the form of medical records. Collection and processing of data are taken as a whole and meet the inclusion criteria. The results of the 64 respondents showed the age group> 40 years (85.9%), the highest histopathological type Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (92.2%), the most parity group was the multiparous group (81.3%) and the statistical test results showed that no there is a relationship between age and histopathology with a value of p = 0.544 (p 40 tahun (85,9%), tipe histopatologi terbanyak Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (92,2%), kelompok paritas terbanyak adalah kelompok multipara (81,3%) dan hasil uji statistic menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia dengan gambaran histopatologi dengan nilai p=0,544 (p<0,05) serta hubungan antara paritas dengan gambaran histopatologi dengan nilai p=0,654 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan, tidak terdapat huungan yang signifikan antara usia dan paritas dengan gambaran histopatologi karsinoma pada penderita tumor payudara di RSUD Al-Ihsan 2015-2017.
