Smart Wireless Reconfigurable Device Using LoRa Technology

In the world of radio technologies, we need a robust, mesh, reliable and cost-effective communication network other than Zigbee, GSM, etc. LoRa technology is the latest long-range communication which offers you to connect the devices with a physical range of +10 km. We can set a bi-directional reconfigurable communication network between the LoRa module and LoRa gateway. For big Smart City projects, the demand is cost-effective and one-time investment devices. So in this research paper, we are presenting a new idea to connect the streets lights of different areas in a city with the respective station. A machine named Light Guard [LG] has been made for this idea, which can be set up with an emergency light in different locations near power station. So the unforeseen shutdown can be notified at power station with an emergency backup of light. The Light Guard can be reconfigurable as normal mode, emergency mode and shutdown mode. In every research of Smart City, we can use this technology and make our communication easier and reconfigurable. The next era of intelligent communication will be the long-range. So LoRa technology will be a revolution in the low-cost intelligent communication system.
