with endogenous apoA-I, 1-min post-infusion, indicating rapid incorporation into endogenous HDL, which transiently increased in size. Conclusions: In humans, rHDL infusion enhances plasma HDL anti-inflammatory capacity for up to 72 h, proportional to the resulting HDL apoA-I content.
