Ultra soft magnetic material and spin valve comprising the same

The present invention relates to an ultra soft magnetic material and a spin valve having the ultra soft magnetic material. The present invention provides an ultra soft magnetic 5-based alloy having enhanced soft magnetic characteristics by mixing conetic (Ni_77Fe_14Cu_5Mo_4) and Al; and a spin valve using the 5-based alloy as a material for a free layer.
