REDUCING THE TOXICITY OF HERBICIDES FOR CROPS

1977
Herbicides manufactured at the present time as a rule have a fairly high degree of selectivity in relation to one crop or another, high herbicidic activity, and a wide range of action in relation to weeds, in addition to being harmless for subsequent crops in crop rotation. Nevertheless, in practical application of herbicides, it is necessary to observe strictly the recommended doses, times, and methods of applying herbicides, with allowance being made for soil climatic conditions.
