Оценка динамики функционального состояния диссоциированной культуры клеток гиппокампа in vitro

The patterns of spontaneous calcium activity of neuron-glial cultures of dissociated hippocampal network at different stages of morphological and functional development have been studied. Calcium oscillations registered by fluorescent confocal microscopy testified to the formation of active neuron-glial relationship in the course of cultivation.
