Anterior dislocation reduction fixator for atlantoaxial joint

2014
The invention discloses an anterior dislocation reduction fixator for an atlantoaxial joint, and relates to the field of a new surgical operating instrument. The fixator is composed of a fixed pincer and a movable pincer, and is characterized in that a universal bolt at the head end of the fixed pincer is screwed into an axis vertebral body, and is taken as a pivot point, so that the purpose of restoring an atlas is achieved through the opening and closing of an opening-closing pincer sheet of the movable pincer, the stretching of a stretching pincer sheet of the movable pincer and the appropriate angulation between the universal bolt and a body part of the fixed pincer by application of the lever principle; finally, the universal bolt is fixed by means of tightening a universal fixing screw, and the propelling degree of a rear handle is fixed through a fixed transverse rod on a front handle of the movable pincer, so that all movable joints are locked for maintaining an anatomical position of the restored atlantoaxial joint. The fixator disclosed by the invention has the advantages that a next surgical operation is beneficially performed, so that the convenience and safety of an atlantoaxial joint surgical operation are improved, and complications related to the surgical operation are reduced.
