Оценка эффективности внедрения приказа МЗ РФ n 457 от 20. 12. 2000 г. «о совершенствовании пренатальной диагностики в профилактике наследственных и врожденных заболеваний у детей» в деятельности медицинских учреждений Краснодарского края

We performed analysis of charts for 1239 pregnant patients, which had been examined in Kuban interregional medico-genetic advice in 2000 and 2005 years. During the 5-year period a number of consulted pregnant women increased for 40% and it counts for 7,6% from the total rate. A number of women which were diagnosed with ultrasonic examination of the second level, increased by 17%, a number of diagnosed congenital anomalies increased to 12,5%. Efficacy of the ultrasonic prenatal diagnosis grew by 20% and amount of invasive diagnostic procedures increased by 54% as well. Chromosome pathology while performing invasive prenatal diagnosis is detected in more than 8,0% of fetuses. Infant mortality due to congenital anomaly decreased from 3,77% (2000) to 2,41% (2005).
