Development ofanInternal Liquid Cooling System forCPUUsingRPTechnology

Thispaper presents thedevelopment process ofaninternal liquid cooling system forCenter Process Unit(CPU)orGraphics Process Unit (GPU),whichcanbe installed inside the computer case. Commercial available computer aideddesign(CAD)software andrapid prototyping (RP)technology wereusedinthis forward engineering process forthedesign and fabrication ofthecritical parts. Herebythis papershowsa general description ofthe components involved in CPU/GPUliquid cooling system. Thentheexperimental verification is presented onhowthedevice wastested. The adequate working conditions obtained aswell asthesystem performance trends areshown graphically.
