Application of the double sucrose gap technique to the study of sodium conductance of false tendons isolated from the rabbit ventricle

: The double sucrose gap technique was used to study the Na conductance in ventricular false tendons of rabbits. It has been shown that it is possible to correctly measure the Na conductance of this preparation using this technique.
