Hepatic portal venous gas: An incidental finding in a patient with pyloric stenosis
2021
Abstract We report the case of 30-day-old full-term female who presented with a one-week history of post fed emesis. On work up, ultrasound revealed a hypertrophic pyloric stenosis, and echogenic gas in the liver and in the portal system. The patient subsequently underwent open pylorotomy and had an uneventful recovery.
