Research of Impact Factors on Migrant Workers' Entrepreneurial Intentions Back at Home:Based on TPB Theory and 262 Micro-survey Data of 17 Countries in Jiangxi Province

This article uses factor analysis and structural equation model and adopts subjective norms,attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived feasibility to explain migrant workers' entrepreneurial intention based on the TPB theory and 262 micro-survey data of 17 countries in Jiangxi Province.This study shows necessity-driven entrepreneurship and chance-driven entrepreneurship is an essential part of Chinese migrant workers entrepreneurship,and the importance of chance-driven entrepreneurship is increasing.Migrant workers more reference opinions of family members,when they are forming entrepreneurial intention.
