Research on 3D Technology Based on Power Continuation

In this paper, we study a 3D technology with power-off function, which includes energy storage power module, power-off detection module of power supply, power supply and power-off switching control module. When the power is turned off, the X, Y, Z coordinates are recorded by the displacement measurement module, and when the power supply is restored, the new g code is generated into the 3D printer, and the last work is continued, Thus avoiding the re-printing, effectively save supplies, time, which greatly improve the printing success rate, and then with the displacement detection module to achieve closed-loop control, and further improve the power to continue to print the printing accuracy.
