SOIN: Scalable Optical Interconnect Network for On-Chip Parallel Memory Access

An optical interconnect network SOIN is proposed for the on-chip parallel memory access with better scalability. The 8-rank SOIN is shown and compared with 4-rank SOIN in terms of bandwidth, latency and power consumption.
