The invention relates to a method for brewing pine pollen health wine, which comprises the following steps: using pine pollen, epimedium, radix astragali, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, medlar, cistanche salsa, mulberry, liquorice and cinnamon as main raw materials, using white wine and yellow wine as wine bases, and brewing the pine pollen health wine by combining modern production processes including cold soaking, refrigeration, filtration and the like with a traditional Chinese medical theory. The health wine has the functions of promoting organic immunologic functions, improving the resistance capability of organisms for harmful stimulation, promoting the substance metabolism of the organisms, improving the anoxia resisting capability of the organisms and regulating neuroendocrine functions and the like, i.e. has the functions of delaying the generation of physical fatigue and promoting the elimination of the physical fatigue.
