Конфокальная лазерная эндомикроскопия дыхательных путей у детей

There are described the principle and methods of the new diagnostic technology confocal laser endomicroscopy with the use of Cellvizio® system and probe Alveoflex (Mauna Kea Technologies, France) for the study of the distal portions of the lower respiratory tract in real time. Acinoscopy was performed in 12 patients aged 7-15 years with various forms of lung diseases. The problems associated with the implementation of this technology and its potential practical application are considered.
