Steel plate for nuclear power station pressure vessel and equipment gate, and manufacturing method thereof

2013
The invention discloses a steel plate for a nuclear power station pressure vessel and an equipment gate, and a manufacturing method thereof. The steel plate comprises, by weight, 0.10 to 0.20% of C, 0.15 to 0.35% of Si, 1.00 to 1.65% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015% of P, less than or equal to 0.005% of S, 0.50 to 0.85% of Ni, less than or equal to 0.06% of Cu, less than or equal to 0.15% of Cr, less than or equal to 0.05% of Mo, less than or equal to 0.020% of V, less than or equal to 0.040% of Nb, less than or equal to 0.020% of Ti, 0.020 to 0.050% of Al, less than or equal to 0.015% of N, less than or equal to 0.015% of As, less than or equal to 0.010% of Sn and the balance Fe and unavoidable impurities. The steel plate has good normal-temperature stretching performances, high-temperature stretching performances, thickness-direction stretching indexes and low-temperature toughness, and guarantees use safety in the special environment. The manufacturing method adopts a converter smelting technology under the condition of the existing equipment, strictly controls non-metallic inclusion in smelting and realizes clean steel production. The steel plate obtained by the manufacturing method has a low cost, stable microstructure properties, low-temperature toughness, high-temperature performances, excellent welding performances and hot-working performances, and a ductile-brittle transition temperature TNDT less than or equal to -28 DEG C.
