Post-traumatic coronary occlusion and left ventricular aneurysm.

Left ventricular aneurysm is a rare complication of blunt chest trauma. We now report a case of left ventricular aneurysm following blunt chest trauma associated with an acute coronary occlusion. (J Card Surg 2011;26:271-273)
