Sentinel Lymph Node Mapping for Endometrial Cancer: AContemporary Approach to Surgical Staging

Sentinel lymph node (SLN) mapping may be an acceptable surgical strategy between a complete lymphadenectomy and no nodal evaluation in patients with endometrial cancer.
