Pharmacokinetics of Carbenicillin through Different Dialysis Membranes

To our knowledge at the present time there is very little exact data available concerning the elimination of specific drugs and antibiotics during dialysis. Only in vivo studies permit some superficial conclusions about the special requirements of drug therapy during dialysis treatment. It would be of great help to the physician if the pharmaceutical industry could provide this information routinely.
