The Research of Evaluation to P.E.Teachers' Multiple Capabilities in 21 Century in Guangxi

We have analyzed the current situation of P.E.teachers' multiple capabilities at present by ways of questionnaire investigation,expert interview and document reference,combining with the development of P.E.in the 21 century and the alteration of teachers' characteristics in addition.We can summarize that,the multiple capabilities of P.E.teachers in 21 century should include: teach,amateur train,study and create,organize and manage,social contact,master the information tools,and educate the ideology and moral.
