A manufacturing method of an engine aluminium alloy piston die forging relates to a manufacturing method of a piston die forging. The invention solves the problems of poor wear resistance and corrosion resistance, large thermal expansion coefficient, or high weight of engine pistons manufactured by the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: firstly preparing an aluminium alloy casting ingot; then extruding to obtain a blank, molding to obtain a die forging, preparing a piston blank by an automatic lathe, finally performing quenching treatment and aging treatment to obtain the engine aluminium alloy piston die forging. The advantages are that: firstly, both the wear resistance and the corrosion resistance are improved, and the thermal expansion coefficient is less; secondly, the final performance is stable; thirdly, the weight is reduced by 15 kg-19 kg. The invention is mainly used for the manufacturing of engine aluminium alloy piston die forgings.
