The Properties of Polyolefin/Nylon Alloy

In order to improve the comprehensive performance of nylon 6.The polymer alloy materials was prepared with polyolefin,the structure and properties of the composite were analyzed.Results showed that the polyolefin and nylon 6 could composited well by compatibilizer,and could effectively reduce the hygroscopicity of PA6,improve the dimension stability of the products.With an increasing in the amount of compatibilizer,the tensile strength and elongation at break of alloy system were improved.Low impact resistance of PA6 and low temperature toughness were effectively improved.
