Ways to Train the Vocational College Students with College Spirit in the Class of Ideology, Ethics and Law

The spirit of the university is spirit brand or soul of a university,and makes important role on the development of the students. But the spirit of the university tends to be neglected in the higher vocational because it’s vocational education. The author takes Qiqihar Teacher’s college for example,discusses how to cultivate the students’ spirit of the university through the teaching contents and process of "Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis", which roots upon the system of socialist core values,depends on the school and local education resources,through the "three combination" and "three guidance".
