On legalization of building energy saving and government's corresponding polices for it

This paper introduce several polices of building energy saving's legalization,illustrates existing condition of building energy consumption in our country,discusses it according to actual laws and codes of building energy saving in our country,and points out that only by carrying out energy saving policy can man do well energy saving work.
