Thermal model of a linear electric machine

A thermal model of a linear synchronous electric machine with permanent magnets has been developed. This model makes it possible to obtain the most accurate description of thermal processes, and to determine the maximum allowable output power, the parameters affecting heat transfer, and measures for thermal protection of a linear electric machine.
