Estrogen receptors in human breast cancer. II. Correlation between the histochemical method and biochemical assay.

An investigation of the specific localization of estrogen receptors in frozen sections of mammary tumors using an estrogen-BSA-FITC complex is presented. The results are discussed in relation to the existing literature.
