The problems of diagnosing an unusual tumor of the nasal fossa—the olfactory neuroblastoma—are discussed in a review and case report Various methods of diagnosis and treatment of this unusual tumor are reviewed. The necessity of an early diagnosis is essential to a favorable prognosis.
