Combined spinal epidural anesthesia (CSEA) is most perfect way for central segment block performing. A relatively large number of failures in patients with " difficult «back when the technique of «needle through needle» explained distortion of anatomical landmarks and advanced manipulation. For CSEA results improving modified Turner-Reifenberg technique was proposed, which showed hopeful results.
