The invention discloses a torque motor direct drive type A/C shaft double oscillation angle numerical control mill head. A spindle seat of the mill head is connected to the lower end of a vertical drive shaft, the upper end of the vertical drive shaft is arranged inside a machine ram, a motorized spindle is installed on the spindle seat through a horizontal rotating shaft, the vertical drive shaft is directly driven by a C shaft toque motor, and the horizontal rotating shaft is directly driven by an A shaft torque motor. According to the torque motor direct drive type A/C shaft double oscillation angle numerical control mill head, a mechanism rotating around a C shaft is arranged in the ram, a mechanism rotating around an A shaft is arranged in the spindle seat, the A shaft and the C shaft are both directly driven by torque motors, the transmission structure inside the mill head is simplified, size is greatly reduced, a whole structure is more reasonable and flexible, machine processing accuracy is improved, and a processing range is enlarged.
