PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-dielectric constant optically transparent adhesive excellent in optical properties, a balance between adhesive force and cohesive force, and the like, and an optical laminate containing the same.SOLUTION: An optically transparent adhesive contains a polymer of an acrylic monomer composition, which comprises a hydroxyl group-containing monomer and more than or equal to 0.09 mass% and less than 50 mass% of monofunctional alkyl (meth)acrylate, where the number of moles of OH in 100 g of the adhesive is from 0.30 to 0.90 inclusive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
