Preparation of extracted active component of Lycium chinense

1999
Washed Lycium chinense fruit is mixed with 12-35 times of water and crushed to obtain solid-liquid slurry with Lycium chinense fragment below 5 microns and the slurry is centrifugally separated to obtain supernatant liquid. Through concentration in ultrafiltering machine or nanometer filtering machine to a concentration ratio of 20-10 to 1 and the freeze drying of the concentrated liquid, the extracted active component is produced. The present invention can extract active component of Lycium chinense at room temperature and the product has a Lycium chinense polysaccharide content as high as 35 % and live SOD content of 56 u/mg, 20-30 times more than that in the extracted matter obtained through water decoction process.
