The present invention relates to a chemical processing techniques and tobacco products. The total concentration of the catalyst is the catalytic component parts of chemically mixed with water to an aqueous solution composed of 300 to 1500 g / 1000 ml, parts of the chemical group is a catalytic cerium nitrate, potassium citrate, praseodymium nitrate, hydrogen peroxide, a solution thereof in 1000 ml in an amount of 250 to 1300 g, 20 to 200 g, 0 to 250 g, 0 to 2.0 grams. Prepared in step (1) were prepared catalytic component parts of each chemical solution: formulated with cerium nitrate at a concentration of 0.2 to 2.0 g of cerium nitrate solution / ml; prepared with potassium citrate at a concentration of 0.08 to 0.8 g / ml lemon aqueous potassium; (2) an aqueous solution of potassium citrate was added dropwise with stirring in an aqueous solution of cerium nitrate in; (3) adding water to make the total concentration in the range of 300 to 1500 g / 1000 ml. The present catalyst preparation process is simple, stable, easy to transport; the main component of a rare earth element-rich resources, and low cost. Compared to catalysts or other relevant additives, the present invention has broader application.
